Service Specifications

Service Agreements

Quotations and Proposals

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change based on service scope modifications
• Quotations become binding only upon written acceptance by both parties

Contract Terms

• Services will be provided as per mutually agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Contract duration, renewal terms, and termination clauses will be specified in individual agreements
• Modifications to service scope require written amendments signed by both parties

Payment Terms

Billing

• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (GST, service tax, etc.)

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• Cheque payments
• Online payment (as agreed)

Late Payment

• Payment is due as per terms specified in the invoice (typically 15-30 days)
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
• Services may be suspended for non-payment after written notice
• We reserve the right to terminate services for repeated payment defaults

Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about service requirements
• Grant necessary access to premises for service delivery
• Ensure safe working conditions for our personnel
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required
• Comply with payment terms as agreed
• Notify us promptly of any service issues or concerns
• Maintain appropriate insurance for their premises and assets

Our Insurance Coverage

Aashish Facility Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage including:

• Professional indemnity insurance
• Employee liability insurance
• Workers' compensation as required by law

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services:

• Our liability is limited to the value of services provided under the specific contract
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Specific liability caps and insurance requirements will be detailed in individual service agreements

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, pandemic, or failure of third-party services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Security arrangements and vulnerabilities
• Trade secrets and confidential processes
• Personal information of employees and visitors
• Any information marked as confidential

This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

By Client

By Aashish Facility Services

We reserve the right to terminate services with appropriate notice if:

• Client breaches payment terms
• Client violates terms of the service agreement
• Unsafe working conditions persist despite notification
• Continuation of services becomes commercially unviable

Post-Termination

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. We will facilitate a smooth transition period as mutually agreed.

Dispute Resolution

Negotiation

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Mediation

If negotiation fails, parties may agree to mediation by a mutually acceptable mediator.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai/Thane, Maharashtra.
